"Came across them from tik tok and instantly contacted them on whatsapp. Replied within minutes. Told them we needed driver to pick us up from airport. Gave them our itenary and they helped to suggest and planned our day. Mr Tony was very friendly and helpful. (We booked with them less than a day before we reached Da Nang)

We touched down late and he was waiting for us for quite some time and still greeted us with big smile. Brought us to the car and helped loaded our luggage. He then offered us cold drinks amid the hot weather.

We had a great time and he even suggested good and nice halal places to eat. Definitely worth to pay slightly more to have an English speaking driver!

"Yesterday we had a fantastic English speaking driver Tony take us to BaNa Hills and Marble Mountain with an added stop to watch marble being hand carved. Tony arrived on time and welcomed us warmly on the drive was very informative on history of local area and on attractions. Plenty of ice cold bottled water available and after our exhausting trek around BaNa Hills offered ice cold towels to help us recover. Our only regret was that we only booked a driver and not a tour guide as it would have been great to have the same sort of information that Tony gave as he drove us around whilst we were walking thru the places we visited, would definitely use again"

Sky was prompt in picking us up. He greeted us with a smile and was gracious and welcoming. His English is excellent so we had no problem communicating together. His instructions on what we needed to do and where we wanted to go was really clear and made it very easy for us to find our way up and bk from the top. He had chilled water for us on arrival, chilled water and cold wet towels for us when we came down. We asked him to take us to get the best Banh Mi on the way hm as we were hungry. He went out of his way, dropped us in Hoi An and told us to go into this lunch place. He said ring when yr finished. He waited patiently for us and picked us up quickly and took us back to our hotel. Sky is a wonderful tour guide. He’s warm, efficient, kind, informative, professional and really good fun ! Highly recommend him."

Sir Sky really done well on answering our queries, giving information before we go to Vietnam and right after our tour.

We arrived on a cruise ship and were confident that this trip would be exactly as agreed. Communication beforehand had been excellent. We knew wxactly what was booked.We have had an excellent day. The driver was ready and waiting at 8am. We went to Marble mountain and he showed us where to buy tickets. We had an hour to explore and the driver was waiting for us. Straight to Hoi An where he dropped us in a great location. We agreed the pick up time and he was there ready at the right time. We left Hoi An at 2pm and reached the port before 4pm. The driver was lovely and the car was as you described. We are very happy. Thank you."

The driver was excellent — he followed our planned itinerary very well and was also proactive in giving us helpful suggestions on where we should go first and what to avoid. This made our journey much smoother and more enjoyable.

The boss of the company was also very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. When we met him, he took the time to recommend some authentic local Vietnamese food for us to try. He even reminded us to be careful and not to trust or engage with strangers who approach us randomly, which we really appreciated.
